The interview is very fair because they really consider top talents and not based in backer. The process was also smooth. However, I was not informed 1 month ahead of the onboarding date. I was late in the cadetship program by two weeks.

The interview phase for me was very quick as I sent my resume last March 9, and received a reply by March 15. Then from 16 to 18, had my interview with HR, Technical Training Manager, Assistant VP for Technical Services, and Senior VP for Operations, respectively.

The interview process was really fun, I was not intimidated by our HR and Supervisor during my first and second interview. I really locked in my choice of going with AboitizPower because I felt that the interviewers were very welcoming and I felt that I am respected and important for the company. I saw a post of a vacancy in social media.
I contacted the person and gave me instructions to email my application to the human resource.
An online assessment was given to me.
I received feedback through email, I was qualified for preliminary interview.
The preliminary interview was conducted by the Talent Attraction through virtual meeting.
Then proceeded to the technical interview with the Cadetship Administrator, Maintenance Manager, Operations Supervisor, and Mechanical Supervisor through virtual meeting.
It was then followed with virtual meetings with the Talent Attraction HR to guide me in further hiring process for the requirements until the start of work day 1.
