Management Trainee (Rolling Intake)

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows: 

• Participate in a 24-month program with three international assignments. 
• Gain insights into the operational aspects of the turbocharging business. 
• Collaborate with a team of experts in a diverse and inclusive environment. 
• Support customers in transitioning to sustainable industries with innovative solutions.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog. 
• Excellent analytical abilities. 
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (preferred). 
• A strong interest in data and marine/energy technology is a plus. 
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. 
• Fresh graduate status or less than two years of experience.
