They talk to us at least fortnightly. I can openly raise up my concerns to them and they do try their best to help me improve.

Current managers are fairly accessible. As mentioned, there is a need for a structured mentorship programme where mentors are invested in the journey of the employee/ graduate and helps them to chart a clear career path.

They are too busy to be accessible and with too much experience that they are not sure how to instruct and train young staff. Internal communication is overbearing in terms of work, messaging or calling at odd hours depending on when the client is in contact about needing something.
