Although my pay is not very high in the industry, the bonuses and profit share are quite substantial.

Pay could be more based on the tasks and responsibilities we are assigned to.

The inability to negotiate salaries as a fresh graduate is an issue. There is also a lack of transparency in what determines pay and bonuses. There are no performance bonuses, only profit share which is not based on performance.

Our bonusses are good. Our pay could increase a little more to be competitive with the market.
