There is a portal that we can go onto to learn about lots of things ranging from technical to management skills, and other sites where we can network with colleagues across the globe to share and solve issues.

The training is great however there isnt a lot of time to do the courses we want. Sometimes work does get long and we don't have time to do training courses. This could be down to time management but ideally, I think for juniors some time (4 hours) could be used in a week to just do training.

Formal training is very backwards unlike the rest of the company culture, informal training is very patchy as it is not structured enough and trainers are usually too busy
