At Beca, we believe in empowering you to take charge of your own career. That's why our Summer Intern Development Programme is designed to provide you with a deeper understanding of the consulting environment and how your studies translate into the real world.

With over 1,500 technical gurus, you'll have the chance to collaborate with industry experts who are at the top of their game. Working within our multidisciplinary network, which spans various markets such as water, defence, education, healthcare, transportation, infrastructure, food and beverage, and power, you'll gain invaluable experience over your summer break.

For over five years, we have been growing students through our summer intern development programme; over the course of your internship, you will be working alongside our teams and other talented students on real-world business challenges. You'll also get to attend networking events and engage in interactive workshops. There really is no better place to gain real work experience and start making everyday better in our communities.
