Management at Frequency

9.6
9.6 rating for Management, based on 9 reviews
How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
Other than them being generally busy, they are good, they want to help you learn. Of course, you have to put in a lot of effort to meet expectations and responsibilities but this will only make you grow.

Management is impressive. There is no barrier to chatting with them and asking questions. I literally sit opposite a partner. We all have lunch together and just chat. They are super open and treat you like a human being. Super down to earth good people.

All management staff are very approachable and make very good mentors. They are all very interested in helping us learn and taking time out of their day to go over things or help where needed.

Everyone is in a diamond based on the service line you are working in, which is comprised of a diamond lead who is a senior leader, associates and graduates. Each individual works closely alongside their diamond lead who are there to mentor, support and push you.

Yes, they are accessible, and are good mentors. As a graduate you get paired with an associate or 2 who give you tasks to do and review your work before it is sent out. In the first 6 weeks starting I have had a check-in with my senior's associate, and 3 check-ins with my associate.

Very satisfied. My current senior was my mentor during my last year of university, so I've had the privilege of building a professional relationship with them. He is still a mentor figure to me in my professional journey.
