Johnstaff works on rewarding those who produce high quality work, regardless of age.

Whilst only just completing the graduate program I know I am progressing to a higher role out of this. Beyond that I don't have much knowledge but looking at the company it appears that it promotes based on skill rather than experience. It gives hope that if I do really well in my career it won't matter whether I'm young, I will be challenged with what I deserve.
