Our program

Our Graduate program runs for 12 months in Project Management. This means that our graduates gain hands-on, client-side experience on a wide variety of projects and initiatives at all stages of their planning, construction and operation. Graduates work in office-based Project and/or Construction roles.

The program is designed so that graduates get real exposure to the client-side across multiple industries – including the Health, Research, Education, Commercial and Transport sectors.

The program includes structured learning outcomes focused on:

  • the holistic overview and approach to the project management cycle;
  • contract administration and procurement;
  • expanding on-site construction knowledge and experience;
  • construction processes and knowledge;
  • project & construction programming & sequencing;
  • OHS/WHS legislation; and
  • understanding of the cost management relationship.

In support of the program, all graduates will have a dedicated buddy, and work within a team-oriented culture and supportive environment.

Importantly, we offer our graduates permanent positions from day one

The coolest thing is being able to feel like you’re contributing to something meaningful that many people will benefit directly from (hospital services, aged care etc.).
