As a recruiter, my greatest fulfilment is being able to change the course of someone’s life and offer growth opportunities.

The coolest thing about working in Emma is the freedom to express your opinions and suggestions. Emmies are open-minded to ideas that you bring to the table during discussions, so long as they are valid and sticks to the agenda.

Although sometimes you’ll get your hands full, in the end, it’s definitely fulfilling to see improvements through your initiatives; may it be improved production efficiency because of your projects to eliminate losses or seeing an employee build his capability through various training programs and skill-building efforts.

Having a wide scope of work while also having to start initiatives and processes from scratch may be challenging, but it’s also what gives me the opportunity to create an impact both for Emma and my growth!

As a Management Trainee at URC, I rotate through various departments relevant to the research, development, and maintenance of URC’s food products so that I am able to grasp the entire picture of how product development works and gain valuable technical know-how and perspectives on important in product research and development.
