Recruitment Process:

1. Applicants may submit their updated CVs via email
2. HR Associates may take 3 days to send an invite for a GMeet interview which usually takes 30-45minutes.
3. Depending on the job level, aptitude test may be required. This is done online through our third-party partner.
4. Once profile is completed, it will then be evaluated by the hiring manager for possible shortlisting for the final interview.
5. If shortlisted, another GMeet invite will be sent. Manager's Interview may take up to 60minutes.
6. Process usually takes a minimum of 7days from initial interview until Job Offer.
7. Candidates not included in the Manager's shortlist will then be placed in the active pool for future reference.
8. Updates will be provided to pre-contacted candidates regarding the status of their application whether it be a positive or negative result.

Merit increase are given upon the performance evaluation usually done on the 3rd month of the probationary employee.
