The applicant must accomplish the application form and satisfy our minimum technical requirements so that they can go through the online recruitment and hiring process smoothly. Once they satisfied our minimum requirements, they will be invited to take the online initial exam. If they pass the initial exam, they'll be invited to take the simulation exam (final exam) + phone interview with the HR. Then, we will endorse the simulation files to our client for assessment (1 to 2 days waiting time). If the client approves their simulation files, they will start training.
The training will run for 5 to 15 days. Of course, they need to pass the training program to become full-time Writing Consultants.
