Remuneration & Career prospects
Our 2021 graduate program is a 12-month program that offers successful applicants the starting point in their career with Ericsson and within the information and communication technologies industry. Every graduate will be encouraged to think big and given the freedom and support to turn their ideas into achievement.
Ascent graduates will work on challenging projects, be part of a global community of professionals and develop under the guidance of expert leadership, in the area, they are most passionate about.
